Substitution Policy
At ANGEL DAISY SOCIETY STUDIO, we strive to deliver your arrangement exactly as pictured. In rare cases where specific flowers or containers are unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of similar color, style, and equal or greater value to ensure your gift arrives fresh and beautiful. We will always maintain the overall design and sentiment of your order. If your request specifies no substitutions, we will contact you if adjustments are necessary.
Purpose
A substitution policy ensures that customers receive fresh, beautiful arrangements even when certain flowers or containers are unavailable. It balances customer satisfaction with the realities of seasonal supply and inventory.
Key Elements
Freshness Priority• Florists will always prioritize using the freshest flowers available, even if substitutions are necessary.• Seasonal blooms may replace out-of-season varieties.
Maintaining Style & Value• Substitutions are made to preserve the overall look, color scheme, and value of the arrangement.• For example, if pink roses are unavailable, pink carnations or lilies may be used to maintain the design.Container Substitutions• If a specific vase or basket is out of stock, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.Special Requests• If a customer specifies “no substitutions” or requests a particular flower, the shop will honor that whenever possible.• If unavailable, the shop may contact the customer before making changes.Holiday & High-Demand Periods• During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), substitutions are more likely due to limited supply.• Shops often note this in advance to manage expectations.
