Membership Rules
🌼 1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
- One account per person; memberships are non‑transferable.
- By joining, members agree to follow all program rules and updates.
🌷 2. Points & Rewards
- Points are earned on eligible purchases only (excludes taxes, delivery fees, and gift cards).
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- Rewards may vary by tier and are subject to availability.
🌺 3. Flower Arrangement Discounts
- Members receive discounts on select arrangements based on their tier level.
- Discounts apply only to regular‑priced arrangements unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or holiday specials.
- Custom or large‑scale event arrangements may be excluded unless specified
🌿 4. Workshops & Events
- Workshop access varies by membership tier (e.g., free entry, discounted entry, or priority registration).
- Workshop seats are limited and offered on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
- Cancellations must be made within the shop’s stated timeframe to retain eligibility for refunds or credits.
- The shop reserves the right to reschedule or cancel workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

• Members are expected to treat staff and other customers with respect.
• Misuse of discounts, fraudulent activity, or policy violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

• The flower shop may modify, pause, or end the membership program at any time.
• Benefits, discounts, and workshop offerings may change without prior notice.
• Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated rules.
🌸 7. Privacy & Communication
• Members may receive emails or messages about promotions, workshops, and updates.
• Members can opt out of marketing communications at any time, though transactional messages may still be sent.
